This site collects minimal data. We do not sell personal information.
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, topic, and message — submitted voluntarily through our contact form. Processed by Netlify Forms.
- Analytics data: Anonymous page views, referral sources, and device types via Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-Q5SB62E54R). Enabled only if you accept the cookie banner.
- Session replay: Anonymous interaction data via Microsoft Clarity (Project ID: w7tzm5ieno). Heatmaps and session recordings capture anonymized click and scroll behavior. Enabled only if you accept the cookie banner.

Cookies & Local Storage
This site loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, these scripts are not loaded and no tracking cookies are set.
We also use browser localStorage (not cookies) for accessibility preferences:

- Google Analytics: Anonymous data retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session recordings retained for 30 days.
- Accessibility preferences: Stored locally on your device indefinitely (you can clear browser data at any time).
Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at help@theresaletrap.com or use the floating contact form on any page.
You can also:
- Decline analytics tracking via the cookie banner
- Clear localStorage via your browser's developer tools or settings
